Kevin Gentle

Kevin is the head of MADJOR and also acts as lead strategist. Highly passionate about the Chinese digital scene, he works together with clients in research, strategy, and creative teams as well as technical partners to create original digital journeys for clients across all industries.


With a background in strategy and consumer insights, he created the Labbrand Digital Strategy team before growing this into MADJOR, a digital brand transformation agency that focuses on making technology work for brand innovation instead of just tactical communication. From technology to strategy and customer insights, Kevin is well versed in all elements of the digital equation.


Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree from the ESSEC Business School in France as well as Tongji University in China with a major in finance.


Kevin is frequently quoted in business publications and a regular guest of conferences about marketing/digital in China. He is a member of Campaign Asia’s “Digital A List”. Kevin speaks fluent English, French, Chinese with advanced Spanish.

Jimmy Yeung

Jimmy is MADJOR’s lead technologist in charge of identifying and implementing the right technology solutions to bring brands forward and make digital transformation happen.


With a dual background in computer science and electronic engineering, Jimmy combines experiences in game development, web development, mobile development, CRM, analytics and e-commerce. His track record also includes experiences with emerging technologies such as connected hardware.


Throughout his career Jimmy has built innovative technology solutions for top brands including Marriott, Nike, Pepsi, Clarins and Unilever. Prior to joining MADJOR, Jimmy held positions as senior technical architect and leader of the innovation team at Razorfish's Shanghai office.


Jimmy is a native Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English.

Daniel Legere

Daniel is a Digital Strategy Consultant at MADJOR. He assists the team to combine strategy, creative and technology into workable roadmaps that enable clients to imagine and create their digital futures. 


Drawing from a Master’s degree in Digital Media: Technology & Cultural Form (Goldsmiths University of London), Daniel likes to emphasize the need for a balanced approach that never prioritizes theory over practice. This is particularly important given how enticing new technologies can be. 


Prior to joining MADJOR, Daniel developed his digital marketing expertise in London’s creative industries. He then relocated to China to work at a boutique agency, where he helped to develop unique O2O experiential marketing projects. These included brand-owned events, and activations targeting young Chinese consumers. Following this, he worked as a digital strategist on projects across industries including fashion and consumer electronics.

Anita Leonelli

Anita is in charge of supervising and coordinate cross-teams branding projects. She works closely with clients to overcome business and communication challenges, implementing actionable approaches that focus on innovation and long-term growth.


With over 5 years of professional experience, Anita has led several market entry and digital strategy projects across Asia, Latin America and Europe.


Anita holds a double degree in Advertising and Social Communication from Universidad del Salvador in Argentina, where she graduated as Class Valedictorian. She is a Google Certified Partner and a Mobile Marketing Specialist, certified by the MMA.


She is a native Spanish and English speaker, with advanced French and intermediate Mandarin.

Francesco Granata

Francesco is a Digital Designer at MADJOR. He came to China after working in Milan for several years doing design work for various clients.


As a co-founder of an independent design firm in Shanghai, Francesco has worked on dozens of projects with an emphasis on digital platforms and online content. As a head digital designer, Francesco oversees production of all digital design assets.


Francesco is passionate about web design trends and is always looking for new ways to enrich the user experience and translate the clients needs in effective solutions. He speaks native Italian, fluent English and intermediate Chinese.

Mia Zou

As a social media project manager, Mia acts as the key contact for the clients for projects involving social media. She has good experience and knowledge of social media in China and is continuously building her experience in the digital industry.

Before joining MADJOR, Mia worked at Centdegres design agency and Neatinteractive digital agency which provided her the knowledge and experience in various industries including luxury, retail, and digital. Mia has worked on different Chinese social media platforms such as Weibo and Wechat, and also has experience in brand benchmark study and trend study.


Mia holds degrees from Guizhou University in marketing and Shanghai Donghua University of Fashion design. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Stella Liu

Stella is a content specialist at MADJOR, specializing in social media content planning and mastering copy writing work for all the on-going projects. She has a rich experience in digital marketing, deeply understands the Chinese digital scene with a particular focus on social and actively brings valuable consumer insights to the team. 

Before joining MADJOR, she was an important member of JWT creative digital team for over a year where she honed her copywriting and planning skills. She also worked as an account executive in one of the best local digital agency – NIM before JWT. 

Stella has served clients across industries, mainly mother and childcare, automotive, financial services and home living.

Stella is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English. As a part of her personal interests, she is studying Japanese and learning how to bake.

Kevin is a digital strategy consultant at MADJOR, Labbrand’s digital transformation team. Within the MADJOR team he focuses on digital insights and product and service innovation. Ever curious about how cultural and consumer insights inform trends in the digital world, he helps clients in all industries realize their aspirations within digital transformation and digital brand innovation.


Prior to joining MADJOR, Kevin spent 2 years as an innovation consultant at Prophet in San Francisco where he worked with technology and healthcare brands on new product ideation and customer experience design.


A Taiwanese-American, Kevin is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. He is a graduate from New York University’s Stern School Of Business.
