Anita is in charge of supervising and coordinating cross-teams projects that integrate Labbrand and MADJOR’s digital capabilities. She has spent the past three years in China, working closely with both local and global clients to tackle complex business challenges with a strong focus on achieving sustainable innovation.
Passionate about technology and brands, she started her advertising career at Grey Group as a digital strategist, leading regional projects across Latin America. Before relocating to China, she held a marketing role for Europe and MENA regions at Gameloft, the world’s second largest mobile gaming company.
Anita graduated from a top university in Argentina with a double Licentiate Degree in Advertising and Social Communications, as well as an Honorary Mention for her thesis on The Role Of Consumption Rituals in Brand Building. She holds a Google Partner Certification and a Mobile Marketing Specialization, issued by the Mobile Marketing Association.
Kerwin is the Senior digital designer of MADJOR, mainly be responsible for visual design works such as UI design and illustration design.
Since starting MADJOR’s digital journey in 2017, Kerwin has joined several projects like Logitech, ETRO and supported the brands creating some motion graphic and UI design works.
Kerwin has worked with clients including luxury, consumer electronics, he also created illustrations for infographic and wechat article projects . He also interested in 3D art works and trying some 3D design works in his spare time.
Yao is the Creative Director of MADJOR.
With nearly 20 years in digital marketing, branding and advertising experience in China, Taiwan and Northern America, Yao has been passionately creating strategic creative content together with many Fortune 500 business partners.
Yao provides her experience and expertise in combining and converting strategic thinking, conceptual ideas and creative insights into a brand’s living expression to efficiently communicate with consumers.
Stella is a Creative Experience Lead at MADJOR, specializing in marketing communication and content creation for all the ongoing projects.
She is an excellent storyteller, with deep expertise in campaign strategy and creative content. She has a rich experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the Chinese digital scene and a keen eye for hot spots, and actively brings valuable consumer insights to the team.
Stella has served clients across industries, mainly in skincare and beauty recent years, also in mother and childcare, automotive and home living.
Sarah is the Senior Digital Strategist at MADJOR.
Sarah has over two years of experience advising both local and international brands in the Chinese market. She has a proven track record of developing branding and IMC (integrated marketing campaign) proposals that have been implemented by clients, passed consumer tests and reached over 100 million exposures in the Chinese market. Committed to a consumer-first, insight-driven approach, Sarah excels at providing solutions that rest on sound logic and inspire captivating creative treatments.
Her expertise includes consumer psychology, branding frameworks, case study research, and creative treatment strategy. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Crystal is the Digital Designer at MADJOR.
Crystal is responsible for the UI design of existing products (including Web/App), she is able to communicate with clients in both design and ideation and is committed to the optimization of user experience using data. She is passionate about user interface design and user research, years of design experience has helped her with developing creative ideas and ability to provide visual solutions best suited for the client. She focuses on product function improvements and uses design to help improve user experience and business.
