Kevin is the head of MADJOR and also acts as lead strategist. Highly passionate about the Chinese digital scene, he works together with clients in research, strategy, and creative teams as well as technical partners to create original digital journeys for clients across all industries.
With a background in strategy and consumer insights, he created the Labbrand Digital Strategy team before growing this into MADJOR, a digital brand transformation agency that focuses on making technology work for brand innovation instead of just tactical communication. From technology to strategy and customer insights, Kevin is well versed in all elements of the digital equation.
Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree from the ESSEC Business School in France as well as Tongji University in China with a major in finance.
Jimmy is MADJOR’s lead technologist in charge of identifying and implementing the right technology solutions to bring brands forward and make digital transformation happen.
With a dual background in computer science and electronic engineering, Jimmy combines experiences in game development, web development, mobile development, CRM, analytics and e-commerce. His track record also includes experiences with emerging technologies such as connected hardware.
Throughout his career Jimmy has built innovative technology solutions for top brands including Marriott, Nike, Pepsi, Clarins and Unilever. Prior to joining MADJOR, Jimmy held positions as senior technical architect and leader of the innovation team at Razorfish's Shanghai office.
Daniel is a Digital Strategy Consultant at MADJOR. He assists the team to combine strategy, creative and technology into workable roadmaps that enable clients to imagine and create their digital futures.
Drawing from a Master’s degree in Digital Media: Technology & Cultural Form (Goldsmiths University of London), Daniel likes to emphasize the need for a balanced approach that never prioritizes theory over practice. This is particularly important given how enticing new technologies can be.
Prior to joining MADJOR, Daniel developed his digital marketing expertise in London’s creative industries. He then relocated to China to work at a boutique agency, where he helped to develop unique O2O experiential marketing projects. These included brand-owned events, and activations targeting young Chinese consumers. Following this, he worked as a digital strategist on projects across industries including fashion and consumer electronics.
Anita is in charge of supervising and coordinating cross-teams projects that integrate Labbrand and MADJOR’s digital capabilities. She has spent the past three years in China, working closely with both local and global clients to tackle complex business challenges with a strong focus on achieving sustainable innovation.
Passionate about technology and brands, she started her advertising career at Grey Group as a digital strategist, leading regional projects across Latin America. Before relocating to China, she held a marketing role for Europe and MENA regions at Gameloft, the world’s second largest mobile gaming company.
Anita graduated from a top university in Argentina with a double Licentiate Degree in Advertising and Social Communications, as well as an Honorary Mention for her thesis on The Role Of Consumption Rituals in Brand Building. She holds a Google Partner Certification and a Mobile Marketing Specialization, issued by the Mobile Marketing Association.
Kevin is a digital strategy consultant at MADJOR, Labbrand’s digital transformation team. Within the MADJOR team he focuses on digital insights and product and service innovation. Ever curious about how cultural and consumer insights inform trends in the digital world, he helps clients in all industries realize their aspirations within digital transformation and digital brand innovation.
Prior to joining MADJOR, Kevin spent 2 years as an innovation consultant at Prophet in San Francisco where he worked with technology and healthcare brands on new product ideation and customer experience design.
Renata is User Experience Designer at Madjor. She works in Experience and User-centered Design areas on different digital platforms and design formats.
Before joining MADJOR, Renata worked as Service and Experience Designer in agencies globally and in Shanghai. But she was always thinking about User Experiences, helping brands and their consumers to understand each other, and companies to rise up their level.
Now she expands her skills through Design thinking, analyzing and experimenting how to create and implement ideas to solve different problems in digital and O2O retail fields.
Renata holds 2 Master Degrees: M.A. in Integrated Design from famous “Bauhaus“ Hochschule Anhalt (Dessau, Germany) and M.A. in Environmental Design from State University of Service (Ufa, Russia).
As a project manager, Cynthia coordinates internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of digital projects and ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Cynthia specializes in creative ideas planning for multi-media branding campaigns, especially in beauty industry. Prior to Labbrand, Cynthia worked as a skilled and professional manager with more than three years of experience in a digital marketing agency. She is familiar with internet users and social media followers’ consumption behaviors and has her own understanding of digital marketing.
Cynthia provided high quality service and planning for branding, digital, CRM campaigns and offline events.
Jarvis is a senior content strategist at MADJOR, specializing in campaign and social media planning. Besides, he also focuses on consumer insight to expand his logic planning to create value to clients.
Before joining MADJOR, Jarvis was in a global media agency to do media planning and buying. And which made him learn the knowledge not only planning but also E-Commerce.
François Soulignac is MADJOR's digital design expert, working with UX designers, strategy consultants and content planners, developing innovative concepts, visuals and content for pitch, campaigns and social media.
For François Soulignac, a “little brand” doesn't exist. He likes to develop new ideas and takes on challenges for small local companies and international brands as well. He believes that the “gaming can make a better world”, using the ”gamification” (game thinking and game mechanics) as a creative tool to engage users in solving problems in non-game contexts.
Prior to MADJOR, François Soulignac worked with Mediagong Leo Burnett Paris and VOL Group China. He worked with media (TV networks), museum and luxury brands from the Food, Beverage, Entertainment and Hospitality Industries. He has extensive experience in UI Design digital content creation and execution.
Kerwin is the junior digital designer of MADJOR, mainly be responsible for visual design works such as UI design and illustration design.
Since starting MADJOR’s digital journey in 2017, Kerwin has joined several projects like Logitech, ETRO and supported the brands creating some motion graphic and UI design works.
Kerwin has worked with clients including luxury, consumer electronics, he also created illustrations for infographic and wechat article projects . He also interested in 3D art works and trying some 3D design works in his spare time.
