Understanding local needs to localize service platforms.
Sky Team was looking to adapt its web platforms to the behavior of Chinese high-end travellers. It sought MADJOR's help in assessing the current performance of its website and app and coming up with suggestions for UX optimization and new features.
Based on local insights, MADJOR segmented Sky Team’s target base into different groups and defined for each group key used cases for the website and mobile app. We then conducted testing using a mix of live observation with post-task debrief and standardizes session analysis.
As a result, we were able to precisely assess the local relevancy of Sky Team’s web platforms and issue a series of recommendations for UX optimization and new features.
