Creating a new type of luxury e-commerce experience.
The Luxer, Tod’s e-commerce division approached MADJOR to improve the performance of it’s China online shopping platform.
We kicked off the project with an in-depth audit of The Luxer’s current strategy and customer experience, benchmarking it against comparable platforms to spot potential areas of differentiation. In parallel we conducted research into luxury online purchasing, talking to customers to identify the use cases and purchasing occasions with the highest potential for The Luxer.
We then put forward a set of recommendations for The Luxer including UI/UX adjustments, product search tools, editorial content strategy, online customer support functions and long-term innovation projects such as augmented reality tools.
